Black threatens Rh8# and KxRc5. To win, White must either keep both rooks (as KRvKR is in general a draw), or, if he must sacrifice a rook, do so in such a way that he can recapture to make it KRvK.
1 Rh5 (moves WRc5 out of danger; prevents Black playing Rh8+ immediately) Rxh5 2 Ra6+ (White must go on the offensive) Kc5/Kd5/Ke5 3 Ra5+ (skewering BK against BR) K~ 4 Rxh8

Oh, very good! I’d been thinking that if this were left to me, the problem could very well live another 500 years.
“Skewering,” huh? Remind me if we ever meet in person, that Chess isn’t how I think I’d like to pass our time.
