Before the change of web host in November eighty-five people subscribed to this blog with the RSS feed reader Bloglines. Now they all have to subscribe again as the feeds have changed. To avoid this the next time I change web host, which I hope will be never, the feeds now go through Feedburner. Another advantage with Feedburner is that I can see how many subscribe through a feed, can offer subscription by email, and the “Latest comments” page is created by Feedburner.
How and Why to Use FeedBurner is the article I followed to set it all up. If you wonder what a feed, or RSS feed is, this Wikipedia article may help. There are several good reasons why you should read this blog, and many other web pages through a feed. One is that when a blog goes on vacation and it is uncertain when it will return you do not have to go to its page every day to check. When you read the feeds in your feed reader any new post will show.
No soup for you! On days when no comments are posted, neither emails nor feeds will be sent out. The same goes for days when no posts are posted.
Here are the feeds I read.
